The Clean and Renewable Energy segment encompasses clean energy and renewable energy (new energy). The Company is currently focusing on expanding its generation-grid-load-storage and photovoltaic businesses, vigorously developing clean energy to supply green electricity to the Shaoguan cluster. This green electricity underpins the development of computing power and promotes the high-quality development of the Shaoguan cluster. At the same time, the Company is implementing the ‘dual carbon’ policy and actively engaging in carbon market trading and green certificate trading. As at 31 December 2025, the Company’s total installed power generation capacity stood at 1,212,000 kilowatts, of which 680,000 kilowatts was hydroelectric capacity, distributed across Guangdong and Hunan provinces, accounting for 56.11% of the total installed capacity; biomass power generation capacity totalled 360,000 kilowatts, all located in Guangdong province, accounting for 29.70% of the total installed capacity.

Biomass Power Generation Business

The company has established a Thermal Power Division, which comprises enterprises engaged in biomass power generation and heating, including the Risheng Biomass Power Plant, the Zhineng Biomass Power Plant and the Xuneng Biomass Power Plant.
